When I saw all this fresh blood and this bloody doll hanging above an old X-ray machine in the basement, I got a bit worried that some psycho killer could be roaming in the abandoned hospital. But then, I saw that :)

The Public Health Service Hospital (PHSH) is located in the Presidio of San Francisco. It has been rehabilitated into luxury condos housing in 2010, and it is now called "Presidio Landmark Apartments".
