To be honest, I must say that this image is a Photoshop montage, based on two similar photos of Kelly. The breasts comes from one photo, and the face from the other one.

Shot with digital infrared (i.e. Night Vision, great for doing low-light B&W), using a Raynox 180-degree fisheye add-on lens.
